This work/live space has 14" ceilings, hard-wood floors, 9 ft seamless, dressing room w/ vanity lights, brick walls, A/C, Free WiFi, a Lounge/Waiting Area, nicely appointed interior spaces and cool furniture to use. One parking space is provided inside the locked gate and the other parking is free and plentiful and only a 1 minute walk away!
The space is so cool, it has been used by well known photographer, Zack Arias for his OneLight Workshop and also for magazine spreads and product lines.
This studio rental is primarily used for still photography and video shoots but it is also available for actors to use for rehearsals, readings, auditions and classes.

WE HAVE A CAT! Rothko, the abstract cat is adored by everyone who comes here even though he disappears most of the time. All people with severe allergies last 3-4 hours as nearly all hard wood floors. The litter is in hidden furniture and there is no cat smell.
